The Setting Collective Event Agreement
Pricing includes rentals, setup, and breakdown. NYS sales tax will be included in the total. Special event permits are required on all public beaches, and any related permit fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.
Payment Policy
Once your quote is finalized, you will receive an online invoice. To secure your event date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Dates are not held and remain available to other clients until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event date. If the balance is not received by this deadline, your event may be canceled and any payments made may be forfeited. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation + Weather Policy
Payments are non-refundable, including for weather-related changes. If poor weather is forecasted, our team will reach out the week of your event. While refunds are not offered, we are happy to provide one of the following:
Event Timing + Rental Responsibility
Your reserved event time includes the agreed guest experience window only. If the event extends beyond the contracted end time, additional fees will apply at a rate of $150 per 30 minutes, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event. Additional staffing, beach permit extensions, parking, or vendor overtime fees may also apply where relevant.
If your party plans to leave earlier than the scheduled end time, please text the assigned on-site contact before departing so rental items are not left unattended. Client remains responsible for all rentals until our team has returned for breakdown or confirmed early pickup arrangements.
