What does it cost?​
We price everything as rentals, tailored to your vision. Choose your date, location, style, and add-ons, and we’ll create a personalized quote for you. Whether it’s a luxury picnic, a romantic setup, or a cocktail party, we’re happy to take your requests!

How do I book?​
Email events@thesettingcollective.com, make sure to include the date, location, occasion, and any other details or requests you may have. ​We will get back to you in 48-72 hours.
​​​​​​Do I need a permit for beach events?​
Yes. All Hamptons beaches are public property and require a special event permit when hiring a third party to set up. For detailed information on beach events, click here.
​Do you provide party rentals?​
Yes, we do! We provide rentals of all our equipment at a minimum spend. Explore our rental options here, and let us help make your event unforgettable!
​How do I pay?​​
We accept Venmo, cash, and all major credit cards. ​
What's included in a picnic booking?​​

Do you provide food and beverages?
We are not currently offering f&B services. We can recommend some delicious local caterers and take out restaurants. ​
What locations do you service?​
We provide our services from Hampton Bays to Amagansett, anything outside this area is subject to a location fee. ​

What if I damage the equipment?​​
All picnic equipment is the property of The Setting Collective and must be returned in the same condition it was provided. Any loss or damage to the equipment will incur additional charges, which may include dry cleaning, professional cleaning, or replacement fees. We appreciate your care and understanding!

Once your price quote is finalized, you will receive an online invoice. To secure your event date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit covers styling, coordination, and picnic services. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your event date. If the balance is not paid by this deadline, your picnic will be canceled, and your payment will be forfeited. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

​Cancellation Policy​

At The Setting Collective, we do not offer refunds for picnics once payment has been received. However, if you need to reschedule your picnic, you may do so within two weeks of your originally scheduled date and receive a credit to use towards a future booking in 3 months.

If you miss your scheduled picnic without prior rescheduling, it will be considered forfeited, and all payments made will be non-refundable. Rescheduling must comply with our Terms and Conditions to remain valid.
